Just about any reed-making problem you can imagine, I've struggled with it at some point. Fortunately, I've come up with solutions that work for me. Perhaps your tendencies are different than mine, but maybe you'll find some useful information in these articles. 

I have also had the good fortune to play in lessons, masterclasses, and reed seminars with many highly esteemed teachers and performers.
